Maintenance & Facilities Executive (Indoor Activity Parks)
Summary
Oversee safety and upkeep of indoor amusement park equipment, performing inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting while coordinating with vendors.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct risk assessment and safety inspection for park equipment
Develop preventive maintenance schedule for all game stations
Produce maintenance handbook and troubleshooting SOP
Track and report equipment downtime and failure trends
Perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Liaise with equipment vendors and contractors
Support maintenance across 3 indoor parks
Requirements
Diploma / NITEC in Engineering, Facilities or Technical field
3–5 years maintenance experience
Experience with electrical and mechanical systems
Ability to develop SOP and documentation
Experience in entertainment, gym, playground, or arcade equipment preferred
