Maintenance Facilities Upkeep

Someone needed to provide maintenance on retail business properties and assist company contractors on job sites. Must have a basic understanding of plumbing and electrical, painting, and the use of small equipment like mini excavator, skid steer, paint sprayer and zero-turn lawn mower. Keeping properties clean, repaired, and safe. Required to do maintenance on small equipment, and if capable, do minor repairs on equipment. Must be able to lift heavy objects, climb ladders, and go under buildings and in attics. Must not have a fear of working in an elevated place, whether on a ladder, in a Scissor lift, or a man lift. Need to be able to work in hot and cold weather, and in drizzling rain. At times may need to go with company contractors to assist with jobs in the field. Must be able to drive a truck and pull a trailer with equipment. Required to have a good driving record. Must pass a drug and alcohol test. Background check will be done as well. Have to be able to take instructions and work well with others and have a good attitude.
