Maintenance (GRNDS)

Job summary:

the grounds maintenance technician is responsible for maintaining the appearance and cleanliness of the property.duties include mowing grass , trimming vegetation, and collecting trash to ensure all grounds are safe , clean, and presentable.

Duties and responsibilities are as follows

• pick up trash and debris throughout company property and designated areas

• mow grass using company equipment

•Trim and edge around sidewalks, buildings, fences, and landscape area

• empty outdoor trash receptacles as needed.

•maintain a clean and professional appearance of all assigned grounds.

•operate and perform basic maintenance on lawn care equipment and tools.

•Report safety hazards, damaged property, or equipment issues to supervision .

• Follow all company safety procedures and policies.

•Assist with other grounds-related tasks as assigned.
