Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced and dedicated Maintenance & Housekeeping Couple to join a prestigious luxury safari lodge in Hoedspruit, Mpumalanga.

This live-in opportunity is ideal for a well-suited couple with complementary hospitality experience, with one partner responsible for maintenance and workshop-related duties and the other overseeing housekeeping operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of the lodge, including preventative maintenance and general repairs.
  

• Ensure all facilities, equipment and guest areas are maintained to a high operational standard.
  

• Manage maintenance schedules, identify faults and coordinate repairs where required.
  

• Assist with workshop duties and ensure tools and equipment are properly maintained.
  

• Supervise and coordinate housekeeping operations to ensure consistently high standards of cleanliness and presentation.
  

• Manage housekeeping staff, allocate daily duties and monitor performance.
  

• Conduct regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas and back-of-house spaces.
  

• Ensure lodge standards, hygiene requirements and operational procedures are consistently maintained.
  

• Work closely with lodge management to add
