Maintenance Integrity Supervisor
Summary
Oversee onsite and offshore facility integrity programs, supervise contractors, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards for critical equipment like piping and pressure vessels.
Responsible for onsite and offshore facility integrity surveillance and safe execution of integrity programs. Supervise and coordinate contractors to implement inspection programs, monitor performance, recommend improvements, ensure standards and regulatory requirements are met. Primary equipment under juridiction includes piping, pressure vessels, structures and foundations.
About you | Skills & Qualifications
* Higher National Certificate (HNC (A-levels + 3 years’ study) or BTS/DUT or equivalent in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, Corrosion Engineering, Offshore/Marine Engineering, Structural Engineering, Metallurgy, Petroleum Engineering (with integrity background).
* A BSc in engineering or related sciences without a HND diploma is acceptable IF there is already established and verifiable working experience as an integrity execution personnel in in the oil and gas industry for at least 5 years. Note however that this is strictly a technician role.
* Minimum 10 years relevant integrity execution work experience AND 5 years minimum in a supervisory or lead position
* The candidate should demonstrate practical knowledge of: Inspection & NDT, Ultrasonic Testing (UT), Radiography (RT), Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI), Dye Penetrant Inspection (DPI), Eddy Current Testing, Corrosion Management, Corrosion monitoring, Cathodic protection, Corrosion under insulation (CUI), Corrosion under piping support (CUPS), Internal corrosion assessment, Chemical treatment programs, Knowledge of API 510, 570, and RBI methodologies.
