Maintenance & Interior Design Executive

Outlet Maintenance

  1. Assist in planning the interior design, layoutand appearance of new and existing outlets.
  2. Ensure outlets are maintained in a clean, safe,functional and presentable condition.
  3. Recommend practical interior improvements to enhance functionality, customer experience and brand presentation.
  4. Propose suitable furniture, fittings, fixtures, finishes, lighting and decorative elements.
  5. Ensure proposed designs are practical, cost-effective and suitable for daily outlet operations.
  6. Support outlet refurbishment, upgrading and improvement projects.

Outlet Renovation and Fit-OutWorks

  1. Coordinate renovation, reinstatement, upgrading and fit-out works for new and existing outlets.
  2. Liaise with contractors, suppliers, landlords, building management and other relevant parties.
  3. Monitor renovation progress, workmanship, costs and completion timelines.
  4. Conduct site visits and inspections during renovation works.
  5. Identify defects or incomplete works and follow up with contractors for rectification.
  6. Assist in obtaining quotations and comparing contractors’ proposals.

Sourcing and Procurement

  1. Source furniture, fittings, fixtures, equipment, renovation materials and maintenance supplies.
  2. Obtain and compare quotations from contractors, suppliers and service providers.
  3. Negotiate pricing, delivery schedules and service terms where required.
  4. Coordinate delivery, installation and replacement of furniture and equipment.
  5. Check delivered items for quality, quantity and compliance with approved specifications.
  6. Maintain an updated list of contractors, suppliers and service providers.

Job Requirements

  1. Relevant experience in maintenance, renovation, interior design, fit-out works or facilities management.
  2. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required.
  3. Willing to travel between different outlets and work sites.
  4. Willing to attend to urgent maintenance matters when required.
  5. Relevant experience in retail, beauty, wellness, healthcare or multi-outlet operations is an advantage.
