Maintenance Laborer

Scope of Work:

• Maintenance, care, and upkeep of all Resort facilities
• General maintenance of Resort property; including but not limited to Resort buildings, docks, equipment, grounds, and facilities

Principal Accountabilities:

• Assist other maintenance personal with all facets of job duties
• Preventative maintenance of Resort facilities
• General maintenance of Resort facilities

Principal Interactions:

• Work closely with other Resort Maintenance personal
• Have good working relationship with Resort employees in other departments
• Will have to work in front of Resort guests
• All requirements and conditions of working with Resort guests and other Resort employees set out in the Lake Raystown Resort Employee Handbook will have to be met

Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures; report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional. Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards, anticipate and address guests' service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, and thank guests with genuine appreciation. Speak with others using clear and professional language. Support team to reach common goals. Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.
