Maintenance Lead
Summary
Leads a factory maintenance team, performing mechanical/electrical repairs and preventative maintenance on high-speed packaging machinery while coaching technicians and improving maintenance processes.
Job Description
We are seeking a high-potential Maintenance Lead to join our factory team.
The successful candidate will coach and develop the maintenance capability of teams by serving as a technical coach and resource, spends time on the floor gathering information on breakdowns, defects, and work order completion over the past 24 hours. Works with COE to continuously improve the routes and action plans by surrounding CBM and improve the content and standardization of Bill of Material (BOM). Works with the COE to continuously improve PM work instructions, task list, checklist, maintenance planning, scheduling and kitting, strategies, and orders parts as necessary to support maintenance activities.
What are you going to do?
• Perform all aspects of mechanical, electrical and preventative types of maintenance on various high speed and packaging machinery;
• Trouble shooting;
• Read electrical prints and perform basic wiring up to 480 volts;
• Prioritize PM and AM activities with the weekly schedule;
• Understands principle centered coaching leadership and humble questioning;
• Coaching and qualifying aspects of AM and PM activities with employees within the process;
• Actively participate in team goal setting/implementation to ensure that we are a low cost, high quality producer;
• Ensure quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines;
• Comply with all established GMP, HACCP guidelines, Housekeeping responsibilities and Quality KHMS operating procedures;
• Flexibility to occasionally adjust schedule to work with employees from all shifts as required;
What are we looking for?
• Work as a team member to solve problems
• Proficient in Dutch and English
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with other colleagues
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Power Point, Microsoft Word skills
• Technical schooling/training required
• +5 yrs Technical/Maintenance experience required
