MAINTENANCE LEAD TECHNICIAN
Summary
Oversee and execute maintenance operations for manufacturing assets, using CMMS and condition monitoring to minimize downtime and ensure safety and quality standards.

- Monitor, collect and interpret a range of raw data from various sources, evaluate/analyze results and create reports to assist decision-making process in various aspects of work at NAPCO.
- Knowledge of, and the ability to use National and Foreign languages both spoken and written.
- Organize and plan work/project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short & long term objectives.
- Understand and effectively use standard equipment and office automation systems and software.
- Observe the state of the asset and determine its status based on indicators, and real-time condition data to prioritize and optimize NAPCO’s maintenance resources in order to minimize cost and asset downtime while maintaining asset efficiency.
- Identify, isolate, and totally rectify a fault so that the failed asset can be restored to an operational condition in which it can perform its intended function at NAPCO and if necessary apply Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to ensure long term solution is also applied.
- Knowledge in the variety of machinery, spare parts, tools, and other items used in NAPCO’s maintenance practices.
- Operate NAPCO’s Computerized Maintenance Management Software package and, if applicable, other enterprise software systems it interfaces with.
- Knowledge in the use of NAPCO’s machines, tools and labor to manufacture NAPCOs products, and in the general process of transforming raw materials into finished goods.
- Apply local, regional, and international occupational health & safety policies, regulations, and the standards and procedures set forth by NAPCO. Understand and interpret legal requirements, regulations, and internal procedures, to protect humans, property and prevent Market losses.
- Schedule maintenance interventions to NAPCO’s assets, based on running hours or relevant date, in order to ensure their healthy operation and avoid unscheduled breakdown and downtime.
- Use Condition Monitoring results to predict when maintenance should be performed and consequently schedule corrective maintenance.
- Systematically monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO in order to ensure that standards of quality are being attained and for driving engineering and manufacturing process improvements.
- Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work in progress and finished products, using simple to complex lab equipment, against performance and standard limits and according to engineering/procedural standards in order to uncover and address deviations.
