Summary
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems like CCTV, access control, and BMS, while leading a team of engineers and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
· Lead preventive/corrective maintenance.
· Manage CCTV, Access Control, IDS, BMS interfaces, LAN, VMS, SMSand related ELV systems.
· Lead engineers and technicians.
· Plan PM schedules and emergency response.
· Manage Client relationships.
· Maintain maintenance documentation.
· Learn about required documentation to execute maintainence works,prepare them & submit for approval
· Manage spares and assets.
· Ensure HSE compliance & Drive continuous improvement.
