REQUIREMENTS: Basic Knowledge of Industrial Maintenance, Basic Use of Hand Tools and Equipment, Strong Work Ethic, Communication Skills, Understanding the Role of Maintenance in Food Safety, Workplace Ethics.
- Ability to disassemble and reassemble plant equipment for sanitation during teardown and start-up.
- Ability to perform preventative maintenance on various pieces of plant equipment and machinery including oil changes, lubrication of bearings, chains and overhead conveyor systems.
- Ability to adjust tensions on belts and chains.
- Knowledge of disconnects, air compressors, pumps, augers, plumbing and lighting.
- Requires the ability to work in a fast paced environment with a daily maintenance activity report of work performed.
