Maintenance Manager

Position Overview:
We are looking for a skilled and dependable Maintenance Technician to join our team in Lebanon, TN. In this role, you will play a critical part in keeping our manufacturing plant running smoothly by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and completing repairs to minimize downtime and keep operations running safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform preventive, corrective, and emergency maintenance on automated equipment
- Troubleshooting and programming capabilities using RS Logix Studio Software
- Programming of Fanuc robotics
- Troubleshoot and repair high-pressure water intensifiers for waterjet cutting
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with variable speed drives
- Troubleshoot and repair hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems
- Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, sensors, and control components
- Diagnose equipment failures and implement timely repairs to minimize production downtime
- Read and interpret mechanical drawings, electrical schematics, and OEM manuals
- Comply with all safety policies including lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and EHS requirements
- Collaborate with production and engineering to improve equipment reliability
Qualifications
Required:
- High school diploma or GED
- 3–7+ years of industrial maintenance experience, with a strong focus on PLC’s
- Mechanical and hydraulic troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Preferred:
- Associate degree or technical certification in Industrial Maintenance or a related field
- Familiarity with polymer concrete and fiberglass reinforced enclosure production
- Electrical and control troubleshooting experience
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to stand, walk, climb, and kneel for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work safely around industrial machinery
- Welding experience a plus
