General Purpose of Position: To maintain the facility in the highest quality and working condition possible and to maintain a working environment that reflects the company’s image.

Responsible for preventative maintenance schedule |

2 |
Analyzes, diagnosis and resolves equipment problems. |
|
3 |
Directs workers engaged in ground maintenance to include mowing lawns, snow removal, and disposing of leaves and refuse. |
|
4 |
Inspects completed work for conformance to blueprints, specifications, and standards. |
|
5 |
Manage and support all projects around campus. |
|
6 |
Direct and coordinate all activities such as cleaning, repairs and installation of all machines and equipment, and in the maintenance of the building grounds and utility systems of the facility. |

7 |
Maintains and monitors inventory supplies and orders appropriate materials and stock items. |
|
8 |
Manage the regular maintenance programs, maintain equipment records, and prioritize the workload. |
|
9 |
Installs new automation and conveyors and repairs electrical and electronic components of machinery and equipment |
|
10 |
A focal point for communications with all departments to interact with maintenance so that work is completed with minimal disruption of day-to-day operations. |
|
11 |
On call 24 hours, 7 days a week to manage emergencies. |
|
12 |
Test and observes mechanical devices in operation to locate potential problems and make necessary adjustments for improvement |

Conducts duties in a safe and compliant manner. |
