Maintenance Manager

What we're looking for

We are looking for professionals who want to lead maintenance in our hypermarkets.

Among other functions, your main challenges will be:

●You will be the guarantor of the correct functioning of the hypermarket, ensuring excellence and agility in preventive and corrective maintenance (CMMS).
●You will lead the internal maintenance teams, organizing their day-to-day (schedules, tasks) and fostering an excellent working environment.
●You will interact strategically with maintenance companies (industrial refrigeration, air conditioning, fire protection systems), optimizing resources and guaranteeing the control of general expenses.
●You will report and work jointly with the Center Management, providing your vision to analyze deviations, propose key investments, and perform asset monitoring.
●You will ensure the safety and documentary rigor of all installations and the center's machinery.

We would love to meet you if you have:
●Higher degree in Technical Engineering specializing in Electricity or Energy Engineering, or Higher Level Vocational Training.
●Specific knowledge in Electrical Installations, HVAC systems, and industrial refrigeration.
●Previous experience in a similar position
●Schedule flexibility.
●Leadership and teamwork skills.
●Attention to detail and the ability to work in a multidisciplinary and productive environment.
