Maintenance Manager

In this position, you will:

• Oversee the maintenance management of the telecommunication networks, including coordinating and supervising tasks such as installation, fault handling, daily inspections, and emergency repairs.
• Control the costs associated with installation and maintenance, and conduct regular checks and rectifications of network resources.
• Identify potential network issues and formulate repair, rectification, and optimization plans.
• Responsible for implementing repair projects
• Focus on the maintenance, inspection and fault removal
• Collaborate with the construction and maintenance department to complete tasks such as rectification, system upgrade and capacity expansion.
• Participate in all aspects of the from design review to project acceptance for the maintenance works.
• Check and review the project quality on completion documents.
• Assist and guide the maintenance teams in their daily work related to project resources and management to ensure the integrity and accuracy of the maintenance works
• Develop targeted communication support solutions for major events and important scenarios to ensure smooth communication.

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

• Hold a Bachelor's degree or above, with a major in computer science or telecommunications being preferred.
• At least 15 years of ICT post-qualification experience in relation to mobile broadband systems with at least 7 years of working experience in the maintenance management of mobile broadband systems deploying 4G or 5G technologies.
• Experience in working with mobile network operators (MNO) is preferred.
• Be familiar with the architecture and operations of telecommunication network
• Possess strong management skills to lead and train the maintenance team.
• Have excellent communication, coordination, and customer relations skills, as well as the ability to understand and execute maintenance tasks accurately.
• Demonstrate a high level of professionalism, responsibility, and team - working spirit.
