Maintenance Manager
Description
The Maintenance Manager is responsible for the day-to-day leadership and operational success of the community’s maintenance, safety, and environmental services programs. This includes safety compliance, preventive maintenance, budget stewardship, vendor management, and pending community size and structure supervision of Housekeeping and Laundry Team Members. The role ensures all community equipment, facilities, and grounds are well-maintained, safe, and aligned with Twenty20 Management’s mission to improve the lives of our customers, uphold commitments to staff and residents, and contribute to a rewarding and enjoyable workplace.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS
-Meets all licensing and regulatory requirements for maintenance and safety leadership roles.
-Broad knowledge of building systems, maintenance procedures, and safety regulations.
-Proven ability to manage budgets, vendors, and staff effectively.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.

-Physically able to perform essential maintenance duties.
