Maintenance Manager
We are seeking a proactive and experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations and ensure the reliable performance of equipment and systems. This role requires hands on leadership and a strategic mindset to support organizational efficiency and operational excellence.
Requirements
- Lead and manage maintenance teams to ensure timely execution of maintenance activities.
- Plan and coordinate corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance schedules.
- Ensure all maintenance procedures comply with safety regulations and company standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to minimize downtime and enhance production flow.
- Monitor and control maintenance budgets, costs, and resource allocation.
- Manage maintenance records, inspections, and compliance documentation.
- Continuously improve maintenance procedures and adopt new technologies when feasible.
- Develop training plans to enhance the technical capabilities of the maintenance team.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance best practices.
- Ability to analyze data and solve complex mechanical issues.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
