Maintenance Manager

• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems

Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance operations (preventive, predictive, and corrective

• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement measures

• Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, engineers, and contractors

• Lead rapid response to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime

Requirements:

· Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field

· Understanding of PLCs, automation, and control systems (preferred)

· Knowledge of TPM, Lean, and reliability engineering principles
