Maintenance Manager
Job Summary
As the Maintenance Manager, you will play a key role in planning and overseeing machinery maintenance operations to ensure maximum efficiency across production processes and plant systems. You will be responsible for supervising and managing manpower to ensure maintenance activities are carried out according to plan, as well as maintaining, improving, and developing machinery and equipment related to the manufacturing process within the factory. In addition, you will oversee spare parts and equipment requisitions and purchasing, ensuring timely delivery and proper inventory management. You will also coordinate with internal departments and external contractors to ensure the effective operation of the Mechanical Maintenance Department and develop monthly maintenance plans for factory machinery.
Responsibilities
- Plan and oversee machinery maintenance activities and review maintenance systems to support efficient production and plant operations.
- Supervise and manage manpower allocation to ensure maintenance activities are carried out according to established plans.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance, improvements, and repairs on machinery and equipment related to the manufacturing process within the factory.
- Control and monitor the issuance and utilization of spare parts to ensure appropriate and efficient usage.
- Oversee the purchasing of machinery, equipment, and spare parts, and follow up on purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
- Improve and develop machinery and equipment related to the manufacturing process.
- Coordinate with relevant internal departments to support maintenance operations.
- Coordinate with external contractors and service providers involved in the effective operation of the Mechanical Maintenance Department.
- Prepare monthly maintenance plans for factory machinery and equipment.
