On behalf of our Client, we are looking for an experienced professional for the position of:
Maintenance Manager (m/f)
Northwest Croatia
Responsibilities:
- Lead and coordinate the maintenance team and daily maintenance activities
- Develop and manage preventive, corrective, and investment maintenance programs
- Improve equipment reliability, availability, and maintenance efficiency
- Monitor machinery and infrastructure condition and ensure timely corrective actions
- Manage spare-parts inventory and maintenance resources
- Coordinate external contractors and ensure compliance with safety and technical requirements
- Lead maintenance-related investments, automation, and improvement projects
- Monitor maintenance KPIs and implement continuous improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience in production-intensive environment
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work effectively in a dynamic production environment
