What you'll do

Maintenance Manager (M/F/X) Maintenance Manager (M/F/X) Job Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities for facilities and machinery. Manage the maintenance technician team, ensuring their training and motivation. Guarantee compliance with safety and quality standards in all maintenance operations. Optimize resources and manage the budget assigned to the maintenance department. Implement improvements in processes and equipment reliability to reduce downtime. Coordinate with other departments to plan shutdowns and maintenance tasks without affecting production. Prepare reports and incident analyses to prevent future breakdowns and improve efficiency. Required Skills and Qualifications Technical training in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, or similar. Demonstrated experience in managing maintenance teams in industrial environments. Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). Ability to lead and motivate work teams. Strong orientation toward problem-solving and continuous improvement. Knowledge of occupational health and safety regulations. Planning and organizational skills. Effective communication and teamwork skills.
