Working Hours: 8:15am to 5:15pm (Mon to Fri)

Transportation Pick Up: 7.10am Punggol Walk, 7.30am Jurong East, 7.35am Macpherson, 7.45am Boon Lay, 5,20pm West Park Bizcentral

Plan, organize, and supervise daily maintenance operations (preventive, predictive, and corrective).
Ensure all machinery, utilities, and facilities are maintained at optimal performance levels.
Develop and execute maintenance schedules to minimize production disruptions.
Monitor equipment performance and implement improvement measures.
Supervise, train, and mentor maintenance technicians, engineers, and contractors.
Allocate manpower effectively to meet maintenance and operational priorities.
Conduct performance evaluations and support skill development initiatives.
Promote a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
Lead rapid response to equipment breakdowns and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, environmental standards,and company policies.
Prepare and manage maintenance budgets, including spare parts and labor costs.
Generate reports on maintenance performance, downtime, and cost analysis.
Other ad hoc duties as assigned
