About the role
Industrial company in Goierri, with about 20 people, is looking for a maintenance-based engineer who wants to take on more responsibilities than those of a purely technical position. This will be direct support to management, with a global vision of the plant and the facilities.
What you'll do
- Industrial maintenance of facilities and production lines: technical monitoring, breakdowns, and improvements.
- Support to management in projects, investments, and process improvement.
- Quality and environmental management.
- Coordination with Production and with external suppliers.
What we're looking for
- Engineering degree
- Experience in an industrial plant, with a basis in mechanical and electrical maintenance.
- Versatile and autonomous profile, with a desire to take on other responsibilities in addition to maintenance.
Nice to have
- Basque is valued.
