Maintenance Manager Mosinee
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Department Manager to lead maintenance operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for driving equipment reliability, optimizing maintenance programs, and leading a high-performing team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead daily maintenance operations, prioritizing work and ensuring timely response to production needs while maintaining a strong safety culture
- Oversee and continuously improve preventative and predictive maintenance programs to maximize uptime and equipment reliability
- Plan, budget, and execute capital improvement projects involving facilities, equipment, and technology upgrades
- Develop, coach, and mentor maintenance technicians; build a cross-functional, highly skilled team through training and onboarding
- Manage parts inventory and service strategies to balance cost, availability, and operational efficiency
- Collaborate cross-functionally to troubleshoot issues, resolve root causes, and support continuous improvement initiatives
