Maintenance Manager

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and manage all maintenance activities related to machinery, equipment, electrical systems, utilities, and facilities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, supervising, and executing maintenance operations to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs aimed at reducing equipment breakdowns, leading a maintenance team, assigning daily tasks, and monitoring performance to ensure safety and efficiency in all operations. The Maintenance Manager will also diagnose equipment failures, coordinate timely corrective and breakdown maintenance, and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, equipment history, breakdowns, spare parts, and maintenance costs.
