Maintenance Manager (PLC, ME, EE, Hydraulic & Pneumatic) #NJH
- Responsible for overseeing all maintenance activities within the manufacturing plant to ensure optimal equipment reliability, minimal downtime, and safe operations. This role supports production by implementing preventive and predictive maintenance strategies, managing maintenance teams, and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Management maintenance operations
- Lead a team of engineers/ teachncians, team development
- Preventive and predictive maintenance
- Breakdown and troubleshooting management
- Safety, compliance and risk management
- Budget and cost control
- Continuous improvement and reliability engineering
- Vendor and contractor management
- Documentation & reporting
Requirement:
- Min 6 yrs of experience in manufacturing environment + 2 yrs in managing a team.
- Bachelor in MechanicalEngineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field (Diploma holders with extensive experience may be considered for AssistantManager level)
- Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
- Understanding of PLCs, automation, and control systems (preferred)
- Knowledge of TPM, Lean, and reliability engineering principles
- Strong leadership and people management skills
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
- Possess the ability to workeffectively and independently.
- Be able to manage projects.

- Work is performed in a manufacturing environment.
- Exposure to industrial conditions (noise, heat, machinery)
- Salary: $7K to $8K + AWS + VB
- Transportation Pick Up: Punggol. Jurong East, Macpherson, Boon
- Working Hours: 8:15am to 5:15pm in Pioneer from Mon to Fri
- Industry: German MNC dealing with precious metal
