Maintenance Manager

1) Responsibilities

* Plan and oversee preventive maintenance (PM) schedules.

* Responsible for design and developing new programs, contribute ideas to develop and enhance new programs to ensure that the FAS system and other related programs runs effectively.

•Technical consulting, design and implementation support to the service business and customers. This includes pre-sales support to the client and technical lead on projects.

•Attend site meetings / site surveys and provide technical advice.

•Respond to customer complaints and resolve service issues.

•Fault Diagnosis/technical support on FAS Systems.

•Generate technical reports, proposals and quotations.

•Manage department’s Maintenance Contracts and DLP sites.

•Comply with Quality and Safety Rules and Regulations.

2) Authorities

•Strict control / usage of programming software and other OEM devices.

•Issuance of Service Report / Work Report for services rendered to customers.

3) Organization Relationships

•Maintenance Manager reports to the Head of Department.

•Technician reports to Maintenance Manager.

Job Requirements:

•Fresh graduates with related field of study may apply.

•Certificate in Engineering / Diploma in Engineering or Related Field of Study.

•Preferably 5-10 years of relevant BMS / FAS and Security programming and application.

* Preferably experience in programming of any FAS and basic PLC logic.

* Good Analytical and Communication Skills (Both Written and Verbal).

* Responsible, Hardworking and Able to Work and Think Independently.

* Able to travel overseas for work assignments and training.

•Physically and Medically Fit.

•Class 3 Driving License.
