Maintenance Manager

· Advanced electrical and mechanical aptitude

· Skills within plumbing, hydraulics, HVAC and etc.

· Knowledge of machines and tools, including their designs, uses, repair, and maintenance.

· Knowledge of basic computer skills; an understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel

· Capable of motivating and directing personnel as they work, to determine the best person for various types of jobs

· Strong leadership and teamwork attributes
