Maintenance Manager
Description
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Maintenance Manager to lead and oversee all maintenance operations for our facilities. The Maintenance Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising maintenance activities to ensure optimal facility performance, safety, and reliability. This role requires excellent leadership skills and a strong technical background to manage teams and resources effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement maintenance plans, schedules, and procedures.
- Supervise and coordinate maintenance staff and contractors to ensure timely and efficient completion of tasks.
- Manage preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance programs.
- Inspect facilities and equipment regularly to identify maintenance needs and safety hazards.
- Oversee budgeting and procurement for maintenance materials, tools, and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standards in all maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with other departments to support operational goals and facility improvements.
- Prepare maintenance reports and documentation.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize maintenance processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in maintenance management or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance procedures, safety regulations, and facility management.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Familiarity with maintenance management software and tools is a plus.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
