Maintenance Mechanic II-Facilities [048]

The technician must possess extensive skills in drywall hanging, taping, and prepping (spackling/mudding) primarily for damaged wall repair. Experience with floor tiling/grouting a plus. This position also includes general maintenance in the areas cleaning out sinks, toilets, and drains with snakes, painting, repairing/installing door locks, replacing lighting, moving office furniture, experience with drywall, etc. High School diploma or GED required
