Maintenance Mechanic II

We are currently seeking a Full Time Maintenance Mechanic to join our enthusiastic team at Artman!

Key job responsibilities include:

Repair, install, replace, and test electrical circuits, equipment, and appliances using hand tools and testing instruments to supply electrical power for lighting and equipment operations in a continuing care community. Work will involve alterations and construction.

Inspect and test electrical lighting, signal, communications, and power circuits and equipment as per policies and procedures.
Repair electrical circuits and equipment as per work orders.
Demo and install kitchen cabinets, hot water heaters, and garbage disposals as needed.
Replace faulty switches, sockets, plugs, fuses, insulators, and other simple elements of electrical systems, fixtures, and appliances as per work orders.
Responsible to drive so as to make deliveries and pick–ups as required.
Perform snow removal when requested.

Shift Available:

Full-Time 8:00am-4:30pm with on call every fourth week.

Education and Experience:

Trade or vocational school graduate.
Completed four year apprenticeship or equivalent experience and two years’ commercial experience preferred.
HVAC repair experience.
Building maintenance experience.
Valid Driver’s License.
