As a Maintenance Mechanic - Level 3 here at Solstice, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and repairing our equipment and facilities to ensure optimal performance and safety. Key Responsibilities- Perform preventive maintenance on mechanical systems and equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, utilizing your expertise in mechanical systems to identify root causes and implement effective solutions
- Repair and replace faulty components and parts, ensuring proper functioning of equipment and systems
- Conduct regular inspections and tests to identify potential issues and address them proactively
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to coordinate maintenance activities and ensure timely resolution of issues
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inspections
- Adhere to safety regulations and protocols to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and others
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in mechanical maintenance
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment
- Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair mechanical issues
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
- Associate's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience with industrial maintenance
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
