Maintenance Mechanic NA-09

Serves as a Maintenance Mechanic in the Engineering Department of the Hale Koa Hotel. The first cut-off date will be on 02 November 2026. Additional lists will be pulled after this first cut-off date at the request of the hiring manager. Local candidates will be reviewed first as PCS is not authorized. If determined that area of consideration is to be expanded, all candidates will be considered.

Serves as Maintenance Mechanic providing maintenance and repair of equipment and facilities. Makes visual inspections of fixtures and appurtenances as well as building shell, components, and surrounding areas to determine condition and nature and extent of repairs required. Estimates material and equipment required. Utilizes skills and knowledge of a variety of trades primarily of journeyman, carpentry and plumbing skills and other trades of intermediate skill level, such as mechanical, electrical, and painting. Operates various types and sizes of motor vehicle and industrial equipment associated with maintenance work requirements. Performs other duties as assigned.
