The Details:

Permanent, Full-Time positions available for licensed Red Seal Millwright
Location: 350 Bell Blvd, Belleville, Ontario
Shift starts at 6am
We are a Pork processing facility
Full Benefits after 3 months of employment (health/vision, dental)
Overtime opportunities
Annual boot and tool allowance
Hourly Wage Range is $38 to $42

The Tasks:

Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance on production equipment and facility systems.
Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical equipment.
Conduct equipment inspections and complete maintenance documentation accurately.
Respond to equipment breakdowns and support efforts to minimize downtime.
Fabricate, adjust, repair, and replace machinery components as required.
Maintain work areas in a clean, organized, and 5S-compliant condition.
Report safety hazards, equipment defects, and quality or food safety concerns immediately.
Collaborate with Operations, Quality, and other departments to support production objectives.
Follow all health and safety, food safety, quality, and company policies and procedures.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and other duties as assigned.
Flexibility is required to support business needs, including overtime and shift adjustments as necessary.

Requirements:

Ability to work collaboratively with all departments in a service-oriented role, providing timely, respectful, and professional support in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an industrial or commercial millwright, with experience in food manufacturing or other industrial environments preferred.
Fast-paced manufacturing environment, repetitive tasks, and ability to stand for extended hours
Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds unassisted
Must be able to work under special work conditions, such as extreme heat or cold
Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
Must be able to communicate and understand English
