Job description:

We’re looking for a skilled Maintenance Mechanic to maintain and repair our production machinery and support facility operations. You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability while following strict safety protocols to protect yourself and your team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on CNC and other production machinery
• Diagnose and repair mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues
• Align and calibrate machine parts and systems
• Disassemble, clean, and reassemble machine components
• Lubricate and service machines for optimal performance
• Troubleshoot causes of unexpected breakdowns
• Document work performed and communicate repair needs
• Weld and fabricate components as needed
• Maintain shop organization, inventory, and cleanliness
• Collaborate with managers to schedule and prioritize repairs
• Adhere to all company safety policies and OSHA regulations
• Use of proper PPE and safe work practices at all times
• Participate in safety meetings and report any hazards or incidents

Requirements:

• 3+ years of industrial or CNC maintenance experience preferred
• Strong understanding of pneumatics, hydraulics, and mechanical systems
• Electrical troubleshooting experience is a plus
• Welding/fabrication experience preferred
• Must have own basic hand tools (specialty tools provided)
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical diagrams
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
• Commitment to workplace safety and situational awareness
• Capable of working independently and in a team
• Must be able to lift up to 50-100 lbs. and work in physically demanding conditions

Education:

Trade school, vocational training, or equivalent hands-on experience required
