Position Summary
The Warehouse Maintenance Associate is responsible for maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. This role supports daily facility operations by ensuring the interior and exterior of the warehouse are well-maintained, free of debris, and compliant with safety standards. The ideal candidate is dependable, detail-oriented, and capable of performing physically demanding tasks.
Pay $19/hr.
7:00 am-3:30 pm Day shift
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness throughout the warehouse interior and exterior.
- Ensure restrooms are clean, stocked, and sanitary at all times.
- Clean and maintain common areas, break rooms, and employee spaces.
- Sweep, mop, and perform routine maintenance on warehouse floors.
- Remove trash and recyclables from designated areas and dispose of them properly.
- Collect and remove plastic wrap, packaging materials, and other debris from warehouse operations.
- Perform minor paint and floor touch-up repairs as needed.
- Organize level boxes, pallets, and storage areas to maintain a neat appearance and safe working environment.
- Identify and report maintenance issues, safety hazards, or facility concerns.
- Follow all company safety procedures and contribute to a safe workplace for employees and visitors.
