Maintenance Officer / Executive

Job Description & Requirements

To be responsible for the maintenance and repair of the commotion office, equipment, building, fixtures, and facilities, execution for preventive maintenance, to help the Maintenance supervisor in the day-to-day operation of the Maintenance Department and to perform all preventive, breakdown maintenance, and repair of all M&E services and building works.

Responsibilities:

• Performs repairs and preventative maintenance work to ensure the commotion office maintenance quality standards are achieved and maintained
• Maintain records of maintenance activities in the appropriate logs. To conduct regular electrical regular maintenance and repairs.
• Performs inspections and routine maintenance
• To repair all defects in commotion office and able to identify deficiencies.
• Liaise with the vendor for the schedule arrangement.
• Willingness to work as a team member.
