Maintenance Officer (Sport Facilities) - 11 months

We are looking for Facilities Maintenance professionals with knowledge of workplace safety regulations to maintain conducive sport facilities for our users.

• Up to $3,500 per month
• 11-month contract
• Mon - Fri, 9am - 6.30pm

Responsibilities:

• Maintain Centres in a safe, operational, and well-maintained condition through preventive maintenance and prompt repairs.
• Coordinate and liaise with internal teams, contractors, and vendors to plan work schedules and ensure quality service delivery.
• Manage maintenance budgets, track expenditures, and process payments for progress claims.
• Support cyclical replacement planning and develop preventive and predictive maintenance programmes, including scope drafting and vendor management.
• Assist in facilities enhancement and upgrading projects, recommending improvements to building operations and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Possesses minimum GCE 'O' Level with 2 years' experience in maintenance and/or engineering.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Able to prioritize tasks and respond to maintenance emergencies.
