MAINTENANCE OPERATIONS MANAGER

As an Maintenance Operations Manager, you will oversee and manage maintenance operations, coordinate workforce matters, support project-related works, and ensure smooth servicing of comprehensive maintenance contracts.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and service Changi Prison comprehensive maintenance contracts for security doors (CLA, CLB, TMP, CGH & C1)
- Handle ad-hoc additional works including quotations, mini projects, and service support
- Manage workforce-related matters and coordinate daily operational activities
- Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and customers to ensure smooth project execution
- Monitor project progress and ensure works are completed according to requirements and standards
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in maintenance, engineering, or mechanical-related works
- Basic knowledge of building and construction works
- Ability to read and interpret blueprint drawings
- Good documentation and filing skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good coordination, planning, and organisational abilities
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Leadership and supervisory capabilities
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
