Maintenance Sales Representative
Summary/Objective
The maintenance sales representative is responsible for generating leads, driving new maintenance agreement sales, managing and supporting key accounts, and providing a high renewal rate for existing maintenance agreements.
You will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with your portfolio of self-generated leads as well as assigned customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders. You will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs.

Essential Functions

1. Willingness and ability to generate opportunities to promote and sell service agreements on the phone and face to face in both cold and warm call situations.
2. Responsible for generating, pricing, bidding and winning preventive maintenance agreements via pricing plan and structure. The expectation is to generate at least $100,000 in new sales annually.
3. Securing renewals from existing customers by means of on-site visits, phone contacts, e-mail and tailored letters.
4. Skillful in presentations to current and prospective customers with strong ability in conducting negotiations in a persuasive manner.
5. Sustaining and broadening relationships with new customers by developing and maintaining relationships throughout the customer’s organization.
6. Collaborating with HVH Mechanical Partners account managers to price, win and manage large service projects at assigned customers.
7. Maintaining written and electronic records of sales related leads, contacts, referrals, etc.
8. Tracking personal sales statistics and submitting them to the manager for period reviews.
9. Supporting HVH Mechanical sales and marketing activity under the direction of the sales manager.
10. Developing and maintaining familiarity with all HVH Mechanical offerings.
11. Participating in continued education to learn about new products and improved sales techniques.
12. Maintaining a liaison with product representatives and local suppliers to stay abreast of product lines, promotions, trends, etc.
