Reports To: West Texas Shop Manager
Location: Midland, Texas (EWSO Warehouse and Office)
Amount of Travel Required: 10-20%
Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

POSITION SUMMARY: The Maintenance Scheduler coordinates and plans all maintenance activities for oilfield equipment. This includes managing preventative maintenance (PM) schedules, coordinating with field operations to pull equipment for service, and ensuring that parts and labor are available to complete repairs efficiently.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (The following duties and responsibilities are all essential job functions, as defined by the ADA, except for those that begin with the word "may")
- Develop and maintain short-term and long-term maintenance schedules for a fleet of oilfield assets (e.g., frac pumps, blenders).
- Create, assign, and track work orders within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) such as Oracle Cloud.
- Coordinate with shop supervisors, foremen, and lead technicians to allocate labor and bay space for incoming equipment.
- Work with the procurement team to ensure long-lead parts and consumables are on site before scheduled maintenance begins.
- Act as the primary point of contact between the maintenance department and field operations to minimize the impact of equipment downtime on active jobs.
- Ensure all maintenance activities comply with industry regulations (API, ASME) and company safety standards.
- Generate reports on equipment reliability, maintenance backlogs, and key performance indicators (KPIs) such as "Mean Time Between Failures" (MTBF).
- Perform other related duties as assigned to assist with successful operations and business continuity.
