Maintenance Services Manager

About the role

Company offering comprehensive installation and maintenance services for large-scale projects (turnkey). Needs to hire a Maintenance Contract Manager, reporting directly to management.

Comprehensively manage a portfolio of maintenance contracts in tertiary sector buildings, ensuring technical, operational, and economic excellence. You will be the point of contact for the client, guaranteeing regulatory compliance, maintenance planning, and effective incident resolution.

What do you need to match?

Education

Technical / Industrial Engineering or Higher Level Vocational Training in installations or maintenance.

Experience

8–10 years in technical facilities maintenance.

Experience in contract management in tertiary buildings.

Track record in high technical demand environments.

Required knowledge

Proficiency in HVAC and comprehensive maintenance.

Deep knowledge of preventive, regulatory, and corrective maintenance.

Up-to-date with technical and legal regulations.

Technical-economic analysis capacity.

Skills

Autonomy and decision-making.

Client and results orientation.

Technical leadership.

Rigor, judgment, and long-term vision.

Excellent technical communication skills.

Nice to have

Complementary training in maintenance management or regulations (valuable).
