has been integral to their success. In order to keep up with increasing
customer demand for their solutions, the company is seeking an experienced
software trainer / consultant to join their passionate and professional team.
The Role and Responsibilities…
You will be part of a
talented and highly skilled team of motivated employees and work with customers across a variety of industries. Some key
responsibilities include:
- Training customers Online and
Face to Face in the use of the MEX software
- Advise customers on the
efficient use of maintenance management systems
- Advise customers in the
practical implementation of maintenance management systems
- Create documentation as
required for the software
- Liaise with customers and
ensure a good working relationship
The Ideal Candidate…
In order to be considered for this role, you
will demonstrate the following:
- Knowledge of Computerised
Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS)
- Some Maintenance Industry
experience
- Inventory management
experience
- An engineering degree or
maintenance management experience
- Proficient in use of computers
and software
- Good query writing and SQL
knowledge
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to travel domestic and
internationally as required is a MUST!
