Summary
Maintains hotel facilities by fixing guest-room issues, servicing HVAC/plumbing systems, and coordinating contractor repairs.

To continue the legacy of Goodwood Park, we are looking for dynamic and committed candidates to join our Maintenance Department.
Reporting to the Director of Engineering, your job responsibilities include, but not limited to:-
Attend Guest room defects like Light Blown/Aircon not cold/Plumbing issues after receiving call or Paging system.
Follow up and update upon completion on respective jobs/ assignments (Aircon/ Electrical/ Plumbing/ Carpentry or other Works) etc.
Troubleshoot and rectify faults on equipment such as lighting, AHUs, FCUs, exhaust fans, pumps, and kitchen/laundry machinery.
Assist in the coordination and supervision of contractors for specialized maintenance works.
Perform any other duties as may be assigned from time to time by Management.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in similar capacity in a 5 star or luxury hotel
Able to work shifts on weekends & public holidays
Able to work independently & as a team
Diploma in relevant field
