MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

Summary

Supervises and aids with the planning, directing, and coordinating activities of associates engaged in maintaining and repairing structures of buildings, machinery and ground by performing the following duties.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

· Troubleshoot equipment problems. Instruct and supervise equipment repairs

· Design, modify and install equipment as needed

· Establishes or adjusts work procedures to meet production schedules

· Suggests changes in conditions and use of equipment to increase efficiency of work crew

· Recommends and implements new procedures.

· Confers with other supervisors/management to coordinated activities of department

Skills and Experience Required for Success

· 2+ years of related experience

· Electrical, Hydraulics & Pneumatics

· Leading and training employees

· Proven ability to build strong relationships

· Demonstrated prioritization / time management skills

Education

· High school diploma or equivalent required; some college is preferred
