What You Bring:
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience
- HVAC expertise and EPA certification
- General maintenance skills (plumbing, electrical, carpentry)
- Strong communication and teamwork mindset
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and oversee all buildings, grounds, and community amenities
- Complete service requests and apartment make-readies in a timely manner
- Respond promptly to maintenance issues, including after-hours emergencies
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with interviewing, training, and oversight of maintenance, grounds, or custodial staff
- Provide excellent customer service to residents and guests
- Manage inventory and operate within the assigned maintenance budget
- Schedule and supervise in-house staff and outside vendors
- Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and Fair Housing regulations
