Are you an experienced Apartment Maintenance Supervisor looking for a stable opportunity with a company that values your leadership and technical expertise? Brookside Properties is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Hudson on the Greenway, a well-established apartment community in Knoxville, TN.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee daily maintenance operations for an apartment community
- Supervise and support a maintenance team to ensure service excellence
- Coordinate apartment turns, work orders, preventive maintenance, and vendor relationships
- Troubleshoot and complete HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and general repair needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and team members
- Ensure timely completion of maintenance requests and uphold community standards

What You Bring:
- Minimum 2 years of multifamily maintenance supervisory experience required
- EPA Certification Required
- High School diploma or GED
- Strong HVAC troubleshooting and repair experience
- General maintenance skills including plumbing, electrical, and carpentry
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
