Maintenance Supervisor

Richman Property Services, Inc. is seeking a full-time, hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead maintenance operations at Colonial Lakes Apartments. If you’re a skilled maintenance leader with a can-do attitude and a passion for resident service, we want you on our team!

· Position: Maintenance Supervisor
· Location: Colonial Lakes Apartments, 4050 Milner Circle, Lake Worth, FL 33463

· Exempt (rent-free) on-site apartment available

✅ Key Qualifications
· 3 to 5 years of multi-family maintenance experience, including supervisory experience
· EPA Section 608 Type I & II or Universal certification required
· Valid Driver’s License required
· HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair expertise
· Bilingual English/Spanish preferred, not required

Responsibilities
· Oversee all maintenance operations for the community
· Supervise, schedule, and train maintenance staff
· Manage service requests and make-readies to ensure timely completion
· Develop and carry out preventative maintenance plans
· Coordinate with vendors and contractors, and manage maintenance budgets and inventory
· Maintain compliance with OSHA standards, the Clean Air Act, and company policies
· Maintain curb appeal and the condition of buildings and grounds
· Perform on-call duties and respond to after-hours emergencies

Requirements
· High school diploma or GED; trade school or industry-related courses preferred
· Proficiency in carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and general repair
· Must own basic tools as allowed by state law
· Knowledge of Fair Housing laws and local, state, and federal regulations
· Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
· CAMT or CPO certification preferred
