The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for maintaining a safe, functional, clean, and comfortable environment for residents, employees, and visitors at Gemstone Senior Living.
This is a hands-on supervisory position responsible for daily maintenance operations, preventive maintenance, repairs, make-readies, painting, flooring, life-safety systems, inspections, vendor coordination, and supervision of maintenance personnel.
The Maintenance Supervisor is expected to personally perform maintenance and repair work as needed while ensuring the community remains safe, operational, and well maintained.
