Maintenance Supervisor New Lease Up Community

Fore Property Company a privately held and growing national development and property management company, is looking for the best of the best in the industry to join our team as Maintenance Supervisor at our NEW class A apartment community in Tigard, OR

As a Maintenance Supervisor you will perform service duties, supervise and coordinate activities of maintenance employees and vendors to ensure that all upkeep, inventory and repair of grounds and buildings of the property are completed in an efficient and timely manner.

Additional duties include:
Supervisor and mentor maintenance team
Maintain supply and parts inventory
Respond timely to service requests
Share emergency service work on an on-call basis

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years multifamily maintenance experience required
• Minimum of 2 years maintenance supervisor experience required
• Must have experience with Lease up properties
• CPO certification required.
• Experience in pool systems and operations
• Repair and maintenance skills, including painting/drywall, plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical
• Ability to communicate clearly with staff and residents, both in writing and verbally
• Valid driver’s license and insurance
